What You Need

Ingredients & Equipment

  • Milk (full cream, skim, oat, coconut… you decide!)

  • 1 Teaspoon of ‘Mindful Foods Longevity Powder

  • *Optional: 1 Teaspoon honey or maple syrup

  • *Optional: Pinch of Cinnamon

  • Garnish: Mindful Foods Dried Rose Petals

  • Laura Luke Handmade Companion Mug

  • Teaspoon

  • Espresso Machine or Saucepan (alternatively, you could use a microwavable jug.)


How to Make the ‘Rose-Tinted Longevity’ Latte

  1. Gently heat your milk in a saucepan on the stovetop or with a milk steamer on an espresso machine. Warm the milk until hot, but not boiling. (Alternatively, you can use a microwavable jug.)

  2. Stir in 1 teaspoon of the Longevity powder until fully dissolved, and the milk takes on a rich, earthy blush.

  3. Add honey or maple syrup if you’d like a sweeter flavour.

  4. Pour into your Madame Mae mug and take a moment to wrap your hands around the warmth before the first sip.

  5. Garnish with rose petals and watch them float across the surface, a fragrant little flourish for your senses.
