Shipping and Returns
We have a standard order processing time of 1–3 business days, followed by a shipping time of 1–7 business days.
Generally, delivery to metro areas takes 1–3 days, while rural or remote areas may take 3–7 days. Therefore, your total delivery time may range from 2 to 10 business days.
Delivery times are determined by Australia Post and your location.
Shipping Costs
Shipments are handled by AusPost. Shipping rates vary based on the total weight of the products and the size of the required packaging. Shipping starts at $1.70 for cards and $11.15 for ceramic goods. All orders are carefully packed to ensure that your items arrive safely.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and parcel size at checkout and may vary depending on your order.
International Orders
We currently ship prints and ceramics worldwide. However, please note that plantable greeting cards cannot be shipped to the USA due to seed import restrictions. Cards can be shipped to most other destinations, including the UK, Europe, and Asia—please ensure you check your local import regulations before placing an order.
Refund & Return Policy
We hope you love your order as much as we loved creating it. Each piece is made with care and intention, from original artworks to handmade ceramics and plantable cards.
Since many of our items are handcrafted in small batches, slight variations are considered part of their natural charm and are not regarded as faults.
That said, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, please get in touch.
Returns
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@lauraluke.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly by offering a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Please note: - We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.
- Replacements may depend on availability, as our ceramics and prints are produced in limited batches.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure
your parcel arrives safely.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit if your item is damaged in transit and the same piece is still available. Please contact us before returning any item to confirm the details.
Plantable Greeting Cards -Due to the nature of seeded paper, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on plantable cards unless they arrive damaged or defective. Each batch of seeds may vary slightly based on season and availability; this is part of the natural process of working with living materials.
Packaging & Care
All ceramics are carefully packed in eco-friendly materials to ensure they arrive safely. If your order is damaged in transit, please keep all packaging so we can assist with any postal claim.
